Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Several of our clients use GoTo Meeting and are very satisfied with the product. A few have recommended that we use GoTo Meeting as well. These days, online meetings are mandatory. We find it more effective and have fewer connection issues than Teams and Zoom.

Microsoft Teams and Zoom

GoTo Meeting is used by several of our clients and is my preferred online meeting platform. Also, they have been around longer than most of their competitors and have a stable product. Again, connection quality is excellent.

GoTo Meeting excels at online meetings and is easy to install for end-users. We also find it has less lag and fewer hangups than other platforms. If you have Microsoft requirements, then Teams may be more appropriate.
