I use GoTo Meeting for conference calls with internal employees and clients. We use it daily in my company. It is very dependable. The service is always available. It is very easy to use to share screens and see what is happening. It makes virtual meetings a breeze. All our employees work remotely and this keeps us in touch with each other and makes collaboration easy. Supporting clients and being able to view what they see with screen sharing makes it a snap to do remote support.
- Screen sharing is quick and easy.
- Integrated voice conference makes meetings seamless.
- Being able to setup recurring meetings is the bomb.
- Reversing screen sharing to the other side is not seamless.
- Would be nice to set up a meeting that automatically shares the client screen and not your own.
- It has allowed us to do virtual meetings with employees based in several states.
- It has eliminated the need to travel for internal meetings.
GoTo Meeting is much better than TeamViewer. It is easier to use and share a desktop. It makes remote support of end-users computers quick and easy. GoTo Meeting has a leg up on ConnectWise Control because it has integrated voice conference lines. You do not have to go find another company to have conference lines for voice. GoTo Meeting also has recordings of meetings that neither system has. This can allow you to record meetings or demos and share them later.
