Overall Satisfaction with Grasshopper
Grasshopper has been a very important tool for our sales team. Calls are seamless and so very convenient. The many features make this system very user-friendly and professional.
- Calls are directed to individual salespeople or if that salesperson is not available we program the call to ring another so we don't lose a potential client.
- Faxes come to us via a PDF in our emails.
- Have an app so it is easier to change setup of voicemails or new numbers to direct to.
- The service has been nothing but positive for our business.
