Greenhouse allows our talent acquisition team to effectively organize and manage talent pipelines. It also allows us to monitor pipeline health through candidate passthrough rates to improve hiring efficiency. Greenhouse provides reporting that we can share with talent leadership and hiring teams to collaborate on recruitment strategies and best practices.

Usability

Greenhouse is overall a user-friendly tool for successful recruitment. The organization of the Interview Plan section allows for smooth collaboration between recruiting teams and coordination teams. I've had success collaborating on this tool with external teams as well for application submissions and notes. Greenhouse's features are straightforward and simple to navigate.

Alternatives Considered

Salesforce CMS

I've previous used a recruitment tool powered by Salesforce at a previous company. This tool was effective for sourcing through a resume database however not as user-friendly for managing talent pipelines. Greenhouse is one of the best recruitment tools to onboard teams onto quickly to create an effective recruitment strategy.

If working with a third-party recruitment firm or tracking multiple channels, Greenhouse is also effective when tracking the particular source of submitted candidate applications. Greenhouse is also helpful to reference historical feedback on candidates.
