Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
We used Greenhouse for both our ATS and CRM system. The platform allows us to successfully complete the entire recruitment process - from setting up requisitions, candidate management and sending out offers.
We also have a number of tools that integrate successfully with the platform such as Calendly to schedule interviews and CodeSignal for technical exercises.

- It could be easier to search for existing candidates that have been rejected previously
- Duplications can sometimes be manual
- Application review stage isn't overly user friendly
- The reporting function has enabled us to review our processes and make them more streamlined and a better time to hire
- Super easy to view scorecards and chase interviewers who are a little slower at filling them out - helping to reduce our time in stage
- Overall has been an awesome platform to manage candidates and has good feedback on our interview process as a whole.
I prefer using Greenhouse as it's more user friendly and the reporting feature is awesome.
