Overall Satisfaction with GRIN

We use GRIN to prospect influencers, organize them into campaigns, set deliverables, and send out products. We often use tags to group influencers based on different categories. It has been extremely useful in helping us to scale our influencer program and has significantly reduced the amount of time that we have to spend prospecting.

  • Shopify connection to send out product easily
  • Campaign Creation
  • Email connection - Emails that are not associated with an account do not pull into GRIN
  • Campaign customization for an individual influencer that agrees to different content rights
  • CRM capacity is too expensive to add more
  • Time saved finding influencers and sending out product
  • Constant inflow of usable content
  • Ability to communicate with multiple influencers at once

GRIN is great for finding and onboarding new influencers for one-off campaigns but is not great for creating long, ongoing relationships. For example, I wish it were possible to create an ongoing campaign where an influencer gets prompted each month to submit a proposal, rather than having to manually reach out to each influencer each month.
