Overall Satisfaction with Groove

This is being used by the Pre-sales department for outreach to prospective customers. It manages email templates and campaigns, will automatically send out scheduled emails for the sales development team. It logs when emails are opened/links clicked. There is a dialer to call into leads and log notes as well as call outcomes.
  • Customer Service/Product Feedback - still a startup and listening to what their customers want
  • Building out flows/campaigns
  • Sidebar to see all info about a lead/contact in one place - helps simplify my workflow
  • technical issues - emails not showing as opened when opened
  • all leads need to be in salesforce in order to send a groove flow out
  • Increased visibility into logging activities.
