Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is an essential for not just my department but for various departments across our company. I use Groove to send groove email templates and to track emails from several prospects. One of the great things about Groove is its compatibility to gmail when it comes to self-scheduling. This solves having to schedule meetings on my own completely. Another feature that is wonderful about Groove, is the ability to see when others have seen my emails because I can then focus my attention to those prospects that are likely to engaged rather than those who have no interest.
- Tracking number of views on email template that is good for prospect outreach strategy.
- Self-scheduling link connected to gmail account making it more efficient to create meetings.
- I am not sure there is an option on Groove, but once a template is available to a large audience, Groove does not have the ability to alter already created templates for calendar link add-on's which makes things more tedious. I have to erase the add calendar link wording from an existing email template and then drop the calendar link. This task would be okay, except during peak season, which becomes super tedious.
- More Outreach Strategies, meaning we are able to see what works and what does not as far as email templates in relation to prospect engagement.
There is really no comparing Talkdesk to Groove since we use these two products for different purposes. However, Talkdesk does have a tracking feature similar to Groove, but that is a feature I have to click on rather then it being automated. For example, I can use the callbar (on Talkdesk) and once I have made a call, then I can enter whether this was a good call, or an attempted call, and/or, etc.
