Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to reach out to prospects and clients. Groove helps us stay consistent with follow-ups and stay on top of prospects and clients. Groove also helps bring in more business because we are being more consistent.

This was a little challenging to begin using although I do find myself being able to use technology easily. I think it might be difficult for people without tech experience
Groove is similar to Vidyard except there is way more you can do with Groove!

I think it's mainly good for new introductions and kind of inappropriate to use for prospects that are further along in the process. It may be beneficial to have a separate flow/process for prospects already moving on in the process.
