Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove allows my organization to easily bridge the communication between employees and sales leads. The email template usage, calendar scheduling, and email analytics allow us to efficiently measure the effectiveness of specific email templates, response rates to emails, and action-driven throughout the sales funnel for every outreach that is attempted.

Groove has proven to be an incredibly easy tool for me and all of my colleagues to use every single day. The integration between groove, Gmail, and Salesforce makes it easy to track communication and outreach to prospective customers throughout the sales funnel. Email logging makes it easy for my colleagues to track what we are communicating if need be.
