Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove every day to communicate with prospects. Every call and every email is logged onto contact records in Salesforce, making my job so much easier. Groove also allows me to set up these cadences called "Flows" so that I can predetermine the steps of communication that I want to take with a group of prospects--perhaps after a certain event or for a certain campaign. Setting up the Flows is incredibly easy--the website itself is intuitive and user-friendly, and I have so much visibility into useful metrics--like how many calls I've made or emails I've sent; the open rate of particular emails, etc.
- Website's user-friendliness
- Chat support feature
- Range of options when creating flows
- Excellent tools and features
- Sometimes when using the dial pad when executing calls in a flow, it won't remove a person from the step after you've made the call and logged it
- Sometimes the omnibar (chrome extension) will disappear
- I'd like the suffix field for a contact name to appear when I'm executing steps in a play so I can see if they're an MD and I need to address them as Dr.
- Dial pad
- Flows
- Omnibar
- I'm a daily user, so I'm not sure what those metrics would look like

10 to 1. The difference is night and day. It's not just that Playbooks was riddled with bugs and the tool would just be unusable VERY often, but it just wasn't a very user-friendly tool, to begin with. It was the first experience I had with a tool like that, and I just remember thinking "why is this supposed to make our jobs any easier? This is a headache to figure out and use." I remember it being something upper management was forcing us to use when really it was easier just to log everything myself. My first couple of weeks using Groove made me think "Oh, THIS is what a sales engagement platform is supposed to be like!" From the big things (like using the dial pad) or the little things (like the support team), Groove has proved itself in a thousand different ways why it's the superior product.
