Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove assists with our mass outreach to outbound leads and inbound marketing leads. It allows us to track emails sent out and how our wording is tracking with prospects. Our team sends approximately 4,000 emails/day.

It is fairly easy to learn, and once learned, you can easily build flows and create your own sequences in terms of steps and wording. It works great for a max of 500 outbound outreach, but beyond 500 people, it gets glitchy, and bugs occur - such as duplicate notifications or emails will not send.

Outreach is superior to Groove. Outreach is more of a seamless tool with fewer bugs/glitches and an easier ability to move people through steps, log calls, and track performance.

Groove is well suited for a max 500-person outreach; beyond that, bugs occur. This works for small outbound outreach teams or small teams, as well as internal company outreach. It is also a great tool for building custom outreach tactics, such as adding calls in between emails, templates, etc.
