Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove daily for email campaign follow-up and to create automative flows. The product helps us solve mass emails with a personalized edge. It's refreshing how it links with all our tools i.e. Sales Force, Linkedin, and Google Workspace. Groove also helps us with contact cadences by setting up diversified flows. It's not just the basic email only, you can add phone calls and Linkedin messaging as well. This gives us a 360 automation source for bulk prospecting.

  • Omni Dialer integration for calls
  • Opt-out option for receivers of the emails that automatically update your contacts
  • It's challenging to skip a step in a flow you've already set up
  • It would be cool to be able to set a flow that others on your team can use, just like a template
  • If someone is missing an email, the ability to just remove them from the entire flow would be helpful

  • Being able to target messaging based on job roles
  • Tracking of the email links
  • Easy of adding links and files to the emails
  • Groove has increased exposure and attendance to our online events

It's very easy to set up multiple templates. You can also share templates in your organization which is nice. From the templates, you can set up multiple flows for a multitude of campaigns. You are not locked into just a few options but can create several different styles for buyer profiles. Also, for the stage of the prospect. If it's a cold lead or one that has been in your sales funnel for several months, you can target their needs.
Groove integrates seamlessly with all the systems I use, and that makes it easier for me and my daily tasks as a salesperson. The other systems did not have as seamless integrations when I used them. Things could be different, and they may have upgraded. Also, Groove has some AI and makes suggestions on follow-up and which buyers are showing more interest.

If you are in sales and have to reach a broad audience, Groove gives you the ability to tailor your bulk messaging for specific campaigns. It also allows you to track the links so you can see when and how long your prospects are engaging with your messaging. You can also respond within the platform as you are reading the messages.
