Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to send a high volume of cold emails to a lead list. I use it mainly to sync my Salesforce leads directly into a Groove flow, which helps me move more quickly through my pipeline. A business problem that it addresses is organization of leads- for example, if an email bounces, it is removed from the flow email list. Also, if a client replies, it is also taken off of automation. It makes it much easier to weed out people and not make mistakes. I use it every single day.
