Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove helps us send mass emails, track who is opening our emails, and serves as a way to create lists of leads. It gives us a great opportunity in seeing metrics that reflect the performance of different types of emails.
  • Sending mass emails
  • Tracking who opens emails and open rates
  • Creating lists of contacts to call or email
  • Functionality could improve. Not the friendliest UI
  • Would nice to be able to mass skip Groove steps. If you don't want to send an email to a certain amount of people, you have to manually have them skip a step one by one. Very time consuming and often ends with me not finishing out the Groove flow

  • Gives me a good idea of leads based off of who has opened my emails
When sending emails, the format can sometimes be messed up when they are sending. Also, Skipping Groove steps is a massive pain as you can't select a group and have them skip.
Groove is one of a kind for me. Haven't used anything like it in the past

Yes

Groove is well suited for sending mass emails and tracking email success rates. It is less appropriate with tracking dials or having people skip steps. Logging calls or connects with Salesforce integration can sometimes be finicky, and Skipping a step is a pain as you can't have a group of people skip a step at once, you have to skip them manually one by one.
