Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to send emails and track activities like calls and emails, and we also have the visibility on our scorecards through Groove, We can see the number of our calls made, emails we send and the number of customer who viewed and replied to our emails. We can also link Groove to our main tool which is Salesforce.

Groove has been very useful to our account because it allow us to maintain a standard emailing response by setting up a Groove flows that we send to our customers, and also since we can link Groove to the main tool that we are using it automatically leave a footprint on Salesforce whenever we send email or document a call through Groove. This is the best tool for our company so far.
One of the things that Groove has an advantage over other product is, it is very user friendly, from sending emails to tracking your productivity, you can also document the customers account even the account is on a different tool since we can link Groove to other tool like Salesforce. It is time saver and revenue enhancer.

Groove is perfect in case such as sending emails to customer that you are handling on a given time. You can set up flows to properly send emails to customer accordingly. You can also link it to other tools like Salesforce that allows you to document the account through Groove
