Overall Satisfaction with Groove

For this use case, financial advisors wanted to elevate their customer service. Using their Salesforce-native triggers (field changes, list views), we were able to automate Birthday, Anniversary and other celebration messages, Insurance Premium reminders, and service-level meeting booking reminders. Advisors needed something simple and the ops team needed something that wasn't too technical to manage after implementation.

  • Not as pretty or intuitive as some competitors

It works without much fuss from the user's inbox, Salesforce, or the webapp.

Since there's no 2nd database/api - there's no CONFIGURING the integration. With Outreach you have to jiggle the admin panel to hopefully get the new field you added to appear on the api management screen.

Triggers for flows are all in Salesforce, so no extensive forensic projects from foreign entity!
