Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used daily across all teams within the Sales department. Personally, I use Groove daily for the amazing flows and templates. These tools allow me to automate a majority of my outreach, which allows me to save A LOT of time. I also use Groove integrations within Salesforce and Gmail to save time because it allows me to stay on 1 tab rather than switching from tab to tab.

Groove has helped me automate a majority of the outreach I do daily. The platform is also very user friendly and aesthetic. Groove is very easy to navigate, and the customer support is awesome! I have not had to use the customer support often because Groove is great, but the few times I have reached out to the support team, my issues are resolved quickly and efficiently!
Previously, I was utilizing dial pad for dialing and texting clients. Now, transitioning to Groove, the integration the Omni Dialer has is more accurate and detailed within Salesforce. Another reason I love Groove in comparison to other platforms is due to the user friendliness!

Groove is well suited for organizations and/or occupations that require a lot of outreach. I have used other platforms that hold email templates, but Groove is amazing because the integration across different platforms is extremely efficient — saving me time everyday! Another scenario where Groove would be well suited is for tracking the outreach you are doing. I love seeing how much activity Groove is helping me achieve regarding outreach (emails, calls, and texts).
