Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Constantly acts up. Not easy to navigate. Very bland compared to competitors. The read receipts are not very spot on. I'm able to read what someone messages me without having to physically open up the message, so I can make it seem to THEM that it was never read.

Compared to Salesforce, in my opinion, Guru is slacking big time. In their defense, no one stacks up to Salesforce. It looks the cleanest, it acts the fastest, and if it were up to me, I'd have everyone here switch to using them.

It feels like it's the same answer for each of these questions. I would say refer to my previous answer to get clarity here. There are other platforms out there, like Salesforce, with a much smoother experience for us, the employees, to rely upon, but unfortunately, my current job prefers Guru.
