Overall Satisfaction with Harvest

We use Harvest to track all of our work activities. We track all billable (client services) and non-billable (admin function) work in order to get an accurate picture of how time is being spent across the agency.
  • It is easy to set up categories by client and activity.
  • The timer function is helpful for tracking how time is spent.
  • I don't think that either Harvest needs to improve or that the user needs to improve, but sometimes the categories are a little restricted.
  • Color coding would make it easier for users to differentiate between categories/clients.
  • It helps track our billable hours, creating an accurate record of what costs need to go back to the client.
Harvest is well-suited for users who are working on multiple clients and need to track each client's work. I could also see users who are working on single clients benefiting from using Harvest because you can get really granular in the tracking.
