Overall Satisfaction with Heap

We use Heap for tracking user events, specifically for looking at conversion funnels between different events and user actions that take place on our site. Retroactive tracking has been very helpful for us to look far back in the data, even after MVPs or new features have been launched.

Yes

Heap is great for use-caess where well-defined funnels/conversion metrics already exists and users are already very clear on what metrics they need, and also where there is alignment between individuals and teams regarding these metrics and exactly what they mean. However, if there are funnel results that involve confidence intervals then it becomes slightly trickier.
