Overall Satisfaction with HID DigitalPersona
HID DigitalPersona is a great tool that brings authentication solution and easy to deploy. we use this tool to access into the application via biometrics that provide the security to the data of customer as well as of the organization too.
- firstly the verification process is done quietly well by HID DigitalPersona as when anybody go for biometric it will allow or deny the entry of card holder by using the information of the reader provided in the form of data.
- second thing is that it is easy to set up with the lack of hassle, which allow any organization to save time and effort
- In this tool multi factor authentication is there as it protect our system and will not need to remember your pass key again and again
- The team may need to work on the price factor of the HID DigitalPersona as it seems expensive for small scale player when come it into monetary value
- The team has to work on lagging issue too as a user i find a little lagging in this, it may be differ from system to system but i have a little concern related to this problem.
- They have to work on the customization too as we as a user need some kind of exciting security feature.
- one of the main positive aspect of DigitalPersona at our organization is that it help our business to grow by retaining the customer which left us due to data security policies.
- we have a huge customer data so we need extra layers that protect the data and maintain its security so HID DigitalPersona help in doing this with ease.
- for the small scale industries the pricing cost somewhere i feel high, as they also have thing with them that are very crucial for their busieness but not ready to switch toward HID DigitalPersona due to pricing point of view. so the team need to work on pricing factor and help small scale industries to give it a try.

By the use of Microsoft Active Directory Integration we can use active directory credentials for authentication across different Platforms as it is easy to integrate very effortlessly.
Google Workspace is the one platform that we are protecting with HID DigitalPersona.
As HID DigitalPersona offers multi-factor authentication, we are basically using biometric for the security purpose, it keep us secure from any data breach and provide a safe passage to get into the records of the clients and customers. so we are totally rely on this platform that give security to us and make us feel safe.
we select HID DigitalPersona to get security for our data and we think this is the best tool that we can go for as it allow multiple factor Authorization which can help you to enhance the security.
