Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
Since we are a small company, it enhances our capabilities of targeting a larger audience in a more time-efficient manner across social media platforms. It also saves us time by being able to schedule these posts well in advance which is perfect since we have so many other things to focus on

- Increased views of post by about 30%
I haven't really needed support, but the few conversations I have received were pleasant. I'll reach out more going forward.

Hootsuite's strongest attributes shine when managing multiple clientele. It provides a lot of structure with the timeline and its current layout. When I was managing a client they provided limited graphics and information. I had to keep this in mind as I produced new content for them. I have a bad memory so being able to quickly see the previous post instead of having to scroll their entire timeline was beneficial to me.
