Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
In the past, Hootsuite has helped to wrangle scheduling across a variety of social media platforms for a wide variety of brands in our ecosystem. It saves us the time from manually creating posts in each platform and can queue up for easy scheduling to allow for less overlap between brands, channels, products, etc. In addition, it has made community management much easier by being able to monitor feedback in real time.

- UI can sometimes be challenging to learn and use

- More consistency within our social branded experience
We can engage more people, across more platforms, especially when we're managing multiple brands in one place. We're able to maintain better consistency in posting and the output tends to be better for our customers.
