Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
We use it for hourly and management employee scheduling. We also use it for a lot of our intercompany communications - especially broad announcements that we need to get out to many people very quickly. HotSchedules is also great for keeping track of employee certifications. HotSchedules allows us to maintain a healthy sense of accountability, since all communications are easily referred to.

I'd prefer to use only HotSchedules, for the potential ease with which one could streamline all aspects of employee maintenance. For instance, since we use 3 separate platforms, it is easy, around payroll time, to end up with discrepancies and have to triage those at the last minute. Each serves its purpose, but it would be more efficient to use just one.
