Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

Our company just signed on to HubSpot in August. We currently use it for the Marketing department to send emails to current clients about promotions and updates in our services, as well as to publish posts on our blog and social media accounts.

We LOVE HubSpot. We used to use Pardot, but we were frustrated by the limitations in email design, among other things. With HubSpot, we can design our own professional-looking emails and templates with their easy-to-use template builder. We can also create our own landing pages, which saves us time and money because we don't have to send it to our developers to code. And probably the most helpful feature is the extensive Analytics section, which allows us to track where new leads and customers are coming from.
  • Template Design - Simple to use and allows us to create and edit pages in-house.
  • Analytics - We can track everything! We can see what works and what doesn't, and get a better idea of our client base.
  • Social Inbox - Allows us to post to multiple social media platforms in one place, as well as track retweets, responses, and more
  • File organization - We are working through this, but when we first started we had issues understanding the file organization of the templates or how to access certain modules (such as locked global groups)
  • Increased employee efficiency and agency
  • More educated decision-making (through Analytics)
  • Better tracking and nurturing of MQLs
HubSpot has vastly superior email template design, lead scoring, and contact list management than Pardot. We have switched 100% from Pardot to HubSpot and haven't looked back! We continue to use Salesforce for Sales emails and processes, which works for us because it integrates with HubSpot, which we use for marketing purposes.
Well-suited for small and medium sized businesses who have the budget and drive to use inbound marketing. Currently we use HubSpot for strictly marketing-related emails, and don't use them for Sales or Support emails. This division has worked well for us.
