Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot as our CRM and marketing automation platform, so both our sales and marketing teams utilize HubSpot. The business problems HubSpot addresses are manifold; we're able to do everything under the sun from one place. It's SO convenient to toggle between the CRM and the marketing side — and their interface is super intuitive.

I prefer HubSpot over a "Marketo/Salesforce" stack because it's all encompassing, easy to use, cleanly designed, and if I ever am stumped on something, I can easily reach their support team with a question. HubSpot support is second to none — their staff is always patient, helpful, and finds me an answer. I never had that with Marketo (which was like finding a needle in a haystack).
HubSpot is well-suited to my company as a start-up, but would also be absolutely appropriate at a large-scale company. The platform grows with you and scales with expansion. The marketing interface is truly a joy to work in — and I should know as I am on HubSpot every day, most of the day!
