Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The HubSpot CRM is used by our entire sales and marketing team. However, as director of strategic development, I am most likely the primary user.

The HubSpot CRM is more than simply a customer relationship [management solution]. It provides the functionality to standardize sales collateral, establish email templates and see if prospects are engaging with them when sent. It provides all the functionality that most small to medium businesses need to mange and track their sales pipeline.
  • It is very easy to use. The process of tracking conversations, meetings, emails, or calls is virtually effortless.
  • The ability to standardize templates or sales collateral ensures that the best and most recent version is being used.
  • It provides a very intuitive way of forecasting sales each month.
  • The HubSpot phone call integration still is problematic in states that do not allow calls to be recorded.
  • We went from having to pay multiple sales fees for licenses to using the free HubSpot CRM. Instant savings and better funtionalityl
  • The best CRM is only as good as the willingness of your sales department to use it. We have a constant battle getting our sales team to live in Salesforce. However, the HubSpot CRM is so intuitive that they actually use it.
  • The whole purpose is to track sales, however the HubSpot CRM does more than that. It allows us to set up sales processes that ensure every lead is handled the right way.
Salesforce is the CRM software that we had used prior to the HubSpot CRM. Besides the cost savings (HubSpot CRM is free) we found that the HubSpot CRM is far easier to work with. Our team loved the ability to record their phone calls. It allows them to pay attention to the person rather than trying to record notes. It also provides the opportunity to train someone when you can hear how they handled the sales call. HubSpot provides seamless tools for scheduling meetings or sending the prospect a document that has been preapproved and loaded to an approved document file.
While the HubSpot CRM is very dynamic, it will ultimately find favor with smaller organizations or startups. It has key advantages over its competition by eliminating much of the manual entry requirements. At this juncture it will be ideal for startups, small to mid-size organizations that have limited budgets and do not have a large number of sales reps.
