Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is being used by the Business Development, Product, and Finance teams mainly for acquisition (new vendors), account management (optimization, selling of programs/campaigns to partners), internal admin/support tasks (i.e. content, pricing updates), and finance ops related tasks.
  • The team is able to keep a close track of the entire acquisition process on HubSpot under "Deals". It definitely helps boost lead tracking, productivity, and conversions.
  • Deals are also being used for account management for existing partners. HubSpot allows team members to always cross-check by searching specific code or ID, this helps us to avoid double work or contacting the same partners twice.
  • The tickets feature is very useful as well. The business development team is using this feature to submit internal requests to the admin/support team on content/pricing updates, contact lists, bulk deals upload, etc.
  • Perhaps can have another layer before Pipelines, for example, Teams/Departments to separate the pipelines and deals of different teams or departments. It is being used by many teams of my company and it gets a little cluttered.
  • The loading speed can be improved. Clicking into a deal takes about 10 seconds to load.
  • Easier access to email template editing, formatting and custom fonts.
  • It makes administrative or operational tasks efficient. Improved by 25%.
  • Much better pipeline visibility.
  • HubSpot allows the team to be reminded to follow up with prospects which helps increase the chances of them converting more leads.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

DBeaver, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Atlassian Confluence
In my case, HubSpot is generally very good for managing the tasks for acquisition and account management. The team can keep up with their own progress from lead generation to closing the deal, unlike using a shared Excel file to track the progress which can be very tedious and prone to unnoticed human errors.
