Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The entire company uses HubSpot to manage clients, support tickets, and deals. We use it to track all interactions with clients.
  • Track email and phone correspondence.
  • Manage clients on various levels like client name, company name, deals, tickets, etc.
  • Give visibility of work to other users of HubSpot.
  • The arrangement of emails can be very confusing, not displaying the most recent correspondence at the top.
  • The recent update to the NOTE tab is a bit frustrating that you need to click expand to see the entire note.
  • It would be nice if attachments were made on a higher level rather than just the ticket or deal so attachments were visible no matter what view you were using to see the account. For example, if an attachment is sent on a deal, it is only visible on the deal, not a ticket or contact level.
  • I don't have any insight on this, unfortunately, but I have worked at other companies that use similar task management systems like ZenDesk, and I like HubSpot.
  • My company also uses Trello, specifically for the ability to track time with a Power-up called Harvest. I tried to get them to move all of the work done in Trello to HubSpot but was not successful in convincing them to do that because of the lack of ability to time-track work.
It was very easy to learn and I like it better than ZenDesk or Trello.

Yes

I work almost exclusively from deals. I like the way you can set up columns by stages and drag or drop to rearrange, or change columns using the stage drop-down, rearrange them in the specific order preferred. Overall, it was intuitive to learn and works very well for my workflow. I like the ability to easily create templated email responses for most commonly used outgoing emails, which is a huge time-saver.
