Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM for multiple uses: Communication around updates for existing clients, product/service announcements to existing clients and prospects, along with marketing automation for lead nurturing of prospects. Its ease of use allows for speed and the technology allows for visually pleasing messages.
  • Marketing automation / sequence messaging.
  • Contact database organization.
  • Data tools for analytics.
  • I would like additional coaching -- share what your most successful clients are doing to improve click-thru's and engagement.
  • Identify engagement levels across contact database (top engaged prospect group).
  • No others right now.
  • Additional sales opportunities.
  • Electronic feedback of market engagement (transparency).
  • Break-even ROI.
I've only tried Mailchimp and that was not a good user experience.
Mailchimp's UX/UI was poor. We have been much more impressed with HubSpot CRM.
