Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it mostly in sales, but other departments as well. It has helped us with sales automation, tracking, and organization. It has also helped our marketing team track their social ads, and our client service team as well. We are constantly finding features that we were not aware of that turn out to be helpful.
  • Email tracking.
  • Call tracking.
  • Social ad tracking.
  • UX when going between contact lists.
  • It was cheaper than our old CRM.
  • It has helped us close more deals.
HubSpot CRM is easier to use than any other CRM I've used.
We chose HubSpot CRM because of price, customer service, and UX.

I've used other CRMs before and HubSpot CRM has by far been the easiest to use and to implement. They have integrations with most other software that we use.
