Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

My organization uses HubSpot CRM to track clientele, invoices, billing, job status, etc. Even the since use free option is extremely robust and of excellent value.

  • lacking in billing from the CRM directly
  • Ability to generate reports for review
The user interface is extremely user-friendly in comparison to something like Netsuite. Sometimes [fewer] options are more convenient. The areas of interaction are well documented and laid out to operate quickly and efficiently.
Because our business is smaller the sales/marketing teams are one and the same so this has had no real effect.
Hubspot CRM ( the base version) is certainly not as robust but much more user-friendly with a lack of downtime and nearly all the features a small business needs at a fraction of the cost if not free.

If you need a simple but robust free or low-cost solution for a smaller business where one or two users need access to the CRM then Hubspot is perfect. There are options to increase the strength and automation of Hubspot but these will cost you more than some of the other programs out there.
