Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
My organization uses HubSpot CRM to track clientele, invoices, billing, job status, etc. Even the since use free option is extremely robust and of excellent value.

- lacking in billing from the CRM directly

Because our business is smaller the sales/marketing teams are one and the same so this has had no real effect.
Hubspot CRM ( the base version) is certainly not as robust but much more user-friendly with a lack of downtime and nearly all the features a small business needs at a fraction of the cost if not free.
