Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Contact management, email marketing, email sequencing and task management. With an array of users HubSpot centralizes our database to ensure that contacts are managed correctly and there is no cross over between multiple users.

  • Contact management.
  • Email sequencing.
  • Integration of outbound calling tools.
  • Notification of more active contacts to follow up.
  • Positive conversion of what could be 50/50 buyers.
  • Shorter sales cycles than otherwise we would have had.
Have not really used others but I would have no reason to change after a great experience with HubSpot.

Great for those running a sales team and where there are lots of users working with different contacts.
Probably not as needed for a single operator or someone who could manage a personal database - that said the tools like email marketing, sequences and templates are still valid for a single user.
