Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it for sales purposes and overall is good, however, there’s some limitations in the sequences and also the segmentation and tagging of each of my leads which it difficult sometimes my setup of priorities.
  • Executing phone calls.

  • Workflows.
  • Segmentation.
  • Tagging.
  • Increase leads.
  • Shorter sales cycle.
Better than Salesforce by far.

It’s ideal as a CRM to storage leads but it does not well when creating sequences with multiple options.
