Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot helps us delegate and even reassign accounts, sort or filter dispositions for the account worked, will give you a quick status of the level of work done for the campaign.
  • Easy to navigate
  • Very user friendly
  • Will give you concise and insightful stats
  • On the campaign where we have used it, it was working just right.
  • Analytics isn't part of my role. But at the end of the day, it will update me on how I did with the campaign
Terminologies are basic and most often than not can be self-explanatory.
Yes. Due to the usage, it has been an avenue to help another department responsible to keep the site engaging.
