Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Managing leads and prospects is very seamless with this platforms, finding structure for the sales process is what this platform offers

  • Tracking activity
  • Not much to complain about however at times when you have added filters to your leads, it losses memory and needs you to create new filters again
  • If you can track performance you can manage and improve with will have ROI in the business
Used Hubspot [CRM] this year, I must say I am impressed, the ease of use for this CRM is a major draw card.
This may be abit pricy, however its a much better fit for a big team/business
