Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use this from the top of funnel marketing and outbound sales. Then we contact the leads, calling and emailing which HubSpot tracks, and then we do demo's with the meeting links that HubSpot provides, and then we submit proposals to our clients. What I like best is It's very easy to view and edit contact details. I like that my tasks are all organized by overdue, coming up, and due today. It makes it really easy to figure out what is important to complete now, and where I should focus my efforts because as another benefit it has a sort by most engaged so I use that to contact the hottest leads first. I also like the search options and that I can mass change contact or tasks and their characteristics(due dates, etc) What I currently find a bit difficult and confusing is navigating the deals in HubSpot. I think I need to take the time to learn to navigate the tabs and learn through the academy more about the different ways to navigate. Recommendations to others considering the HubSpot is to take the time to learn to navigate the many ways to use it. Also, their learning academy and articles are really helpful with learning what has worked in the past and what other companies are using to implement into their email marketing and sales emails as well as call scripts. I have found it very helpful in changing up my call scripts and experimenting with other ways to reach out to clients and have had great success with it. The problem I'm solving with HubSpot is being able to stay organized with incoming leads and sales. Staying on top of my day-to-day tasks, and staying in front of clients that I dont talk to every day with continuous email outreach.
  • Organized all my tasks to reach out or call leads by overdue, coming up, and due today
  • All in one CRM that tracks my calls emails and other activity's
  • Great Automation when sending out email campaigns
  • Making it easier to understand deals and where they fit in
  • Helped us grow Revenue from 100,000k to 2million by tracking our leads proposals and deals
Basically, HubSpot vs Salesforce HubSpot Is Best For Users who are new to CRM software. Companies that want to up their marketing game. Small businesses that want a CRM system that’s fairly easy to learn. Users seeking free CRM services. HubSpot Is Not Recommended For: Large companies that want lots of features. People that prefer plenty of phone support. Businesses that want really robust sales support with their CRM platform.
