Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Manages all leads and sales plus we track our onboarding implementation

Pros

  • Lead management process
  • Workflows
  • Task management

Cons

  • The email newsletter functionality is clunky sometimes and it is hard to re-adjust once starting
  • Would like to customize the top of the contact to include a summary if they are opening emails (almost like a mini-dashboard of engagement) - happy to share more if you want to talk about this.
  • Wish I could add lead source to the task list
  • Faster visibility
  • See all sales of team members in 1 spot
We have not had a lot of experience with other CRM's. But when we consider other tools, HubSpot is the most integrated, simple-to-use and we end up stopping any additional searching.
There is work to be done here for our team. I really can't evaluate this.

Very appropriate for lead management and the sales management process. All my team can see the activity and progress.
