Manages all leads and sales plus we track our onboarding implementation
- Lead management process
- Workflows
- Task management
- The email newsletter functionality is clunky sometimes and it is hard to re-adjust once starting
- Would like to customize the top of the contact to include a summary if they are opening emails (almost like a mini-dashboard of engagement) - happy to share more if you want to talk about this.
- Wish I could add lead source to the task list
