Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is used to help keep track of customers, communication, and any other issues.
Pros
- The filters
- Alerts between tagged employees
- Easy to use task queue
Cons
- Finding duplicates of same entry
- Address input
- Exporting data sheets
- Very easy on boarding and helps get employees ramped up faster
- Reminds me months after the last touch so I can swing back around and re-engage our customers
- Email automation helps us to communicate to large masses of customers on a schedule
- Email tracking to help identify which potential customers would be best
We are still working on aligning our sales and marketing teams but it is easy to have access through HubSpot CRM to automatic campaigns for emails. This way we can have the same voice when communicating to customers.
I have used Salesforce CMS previously but their customization is near to impossible. It was not easy to navigate between areas and it requires far more work to automate anything.
