Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HS is the main CRM for our organization, and from what I see, we use it for a lot of the automation features - they're very integrative into other programs. My department, at least, uses it for pretty much our entire workflow, and it's my favorite CRM I've ever used. I use HS CRM for deal and pipeline management, tracking communication, and dashboard data.

  • A night mode option for darker graphics.
  • A better mobile app (it's really slow).
  • Smoother WhatsApp integration.
  • Great pipeline management.
  • Easy-to-see reports for the whole company.
  • Clear view of all your deals.
It doesn't. HubSpot is simpler and easier to understand than any CRM I've used in the past. No comparison; it's just the best one.
It's so much easier to understand and seems easier to set up and make changes.

As a sales rep, I've found it's been very helpful in pipeline management. I think it's great in this scenario, where it's for data, pipeline, and workflow management. I am not sure if it would be good for companies that integrate their purchasing and ordering with the rest of their CRM - I don't know if they can generate order forms and invoices and such, which has been important for a CRM in some of my previous roles but doesn't affect my current role at all.
