Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM for email marketing, follow-up, tracking leads, client management, and the entire sales process. We use HubSpot for predicting closing, reporting calls, and having conversations. HubSpot is extremely user friendly especially when using the inbox feature during live events to communicate with clients.

  • switching between screens/platforms/dashboards is not always intuitive
  • Easy for sales reps to follow the process

This CRM is great for sales and coaching opportunities. I would say it doesn't make sense for a low number of leads for a very small business
