Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it for sales leads, follow-ups, and project following. Tasks help you keep on following up on goals that are set. Email Templates are great for sending initial or follow-up emails. Calling out of HS is simple and easy to log your call; sequences are a great tool for follow-ups with no responses.

HubSpot is very user-friendly. In my last position, the company had Sales Force which was very clunky and nonuser friendly. I recommend HubSpot where ever I go and who I speak with.

I have been an advocate for HubSpot for years. When Interviewing with companies, I always said I should get commissions for my push for companies to use HS. HubSpot is user-friendly, simple to use, and navigate. Basic packages are fit to each company's needs, not a buy even if it is not used.
