Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Sales sequences tracking sales performance, answering tickets from customers.
  • Sequencing emails.
  • Getting data from where the customer found us.
  • Checking sales activity.
  • Not being able to save drafts of emails.
  • Not being able to customize personalization more.
  • More conversions on sales.
  • E-mails are properly sequenced.
  • Our customers receive quicker responses.
It is much easier to use than Salesforce or Podio. The interface looks great and is very intuitive. I don't have any negative feedback on the ease of use. All tutorials are easy to access and helpful.
I've used both CRMs, and Hubspot is more suitable for my current job. The interface is not laggy and very easy to use. The design looks great. The ability and simplicity to create reports, sequences, and data analysis are very important.
