Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to centralize all the contact info from my prospects and to engage with them using automated sequences, emails, and calls. Also, I use HS for the forecast and the funnel of my interactions. It helps me to prioritize a lot and to be agile and strategic in creating and sending communications to my clients.
- Forecasting with Deals.
- Commercial Campaigns with automated sequences.
- Centralization of contacts.
- HubSpot should add a warning before including contacts in sequences, saying that the contact has a different owner. This would help teams to avoid taking or using contacts from other teams o reps.
- Increased lead generation.
- Increased revenue growth.
- Increased forecast accuracy.
Both teams are well integrated. Commercial campaigns with sequences have worked well both for obtaining new leads and also for positioning our brand with potential customers.
