HubSpot! The electronic accordion file!
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot for managing my contacts and deals. Kind of like and accordion file for all my possible customers. The problem HubSpot addresses is file organization for all of our leads and customer information. It is a great way for me to stay on top of my call backs and incoming leads. We also send text messages and emails through HubSpot which works great in getting customers to give us a callback or even communicating on text message and email.
Pros
- Organizes contacts
- Documents customer information
- Scheduling Callbacks
Cons
- Lead status could use a little improvement as it is slow to change when moved down the pipelines
- Text messages could be improved sometimes it’ll kick me out and I can’t send detailed messages
- Emails could send a little faster but isn’t not a big deal
- Revenue growth
- Increased customer return
- Shorter deal cycles
It has helped us align our cooperation with our marketing teams and to see where and what marketing our sales are coming from. The cause of cancellations and what marketing we can put out to improve sales and keep our cancellation low. Keeps not only us but our colleagues informed of what zip codes are booming with sales and areas that aren’t so we can put our money and marketing where it really matters.
HubSpot is simple compared to Zenoti. Zenoti is also pretty slow and a lot more complex when inputting any customer information. The labeling was also confusing as it sometimes would be used for something that to the company made sense but to the employees it wouldn’t make sense. I selected HubSpot because my company chose HubSpot.
