Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM has been very useful to organize all our sales deals and contacts, sequences are super useful however I wish I could do edit those sequences like a marketing user can, other than that HubSpot CRM really makes it easy for you to keep track of your tasks and sets reminders, unlike other tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot CRM is more complex, therefore as a user you need more training.

HubSpot CRM is more complex but at the same time its easier to understand how well done you are doing your job, Salesforce does not let you see email opening rates. HubSpot CRM is not that self explanatory, meaning that most if it you don;t learn it from clicking, you need to watch some of the training videos to understand

HubSpot CRM really helps you when you are douing a sales follow up, it will let you put some reminders and will let you see how many people are opening the emails, that really teall you how well your messages are being crafted or how many people you are able to reach, by keeping track of this you are able to understand what you need to improve
