Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM for Creating and tracking deals to close Managing to follow up when a deal has moved to closed lost or closed won Outbound automated outreach.
  • Manages Deal Stages from cold through closed.
  • Automated outreach sequencing is simple to set up.
  • Finding client records is easy.
  • Customer support is easy to reach.
  • I wish that when I updated a sequence, I had the option to update it for enrolled contacts that are in that sequence but who haven't reached those updated steps.
  • I wish that I could enroll an entire uploaded list of contacts to a sequence all at once.
  • Increased sales rep adoption.
  • Time savings.
I had an easier time with some things using Outreach but HubSpot is fairly simple to use especially when managing deals and leads.

HubSpot was the platform my company chose before I got here. I previously had used Outreach and preferred it from an outbound perspective. It was easier to edit and update outbound sequences.

I would recommend the software for anyone handling inbound sales that want to manage accounts from open through close. I think outbound sales efforts are a little more tricky with HubSpot than with other similar software.
