Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot every day, all day. I keep myself on track using tasks and check up on my deal pipeline daily. I have three specific views that I use every day to prioritize who I should get in front of that day. I like how meetings and emails work seamlessly with Google Meet and GMail. I enroll at least 25-50 customers in sequences daily and use templates after the call connects to quickly move onto my next task. We had trouble with outbound calling and have recently switched to HubSpot calling as well.

  • Different task views to do certain tasks at certain times, ex-customers in specific time zones, or emails only.
  • Reaching more leads in a shorter time.
  • Ability to dive deeper with less time and effort.
  • No digging through emails for specific follow-ups.
It is much easier to use than Salesforce for Data Uploading, but some automation is not the best. It offers more features for daily management than other CRMs I have used in medical settings.
There is a huge alignment between sales and marketing through HS because marketing generates leads and the amount of interaction a lead makes with a marketing piece can be seen by sales or there are automatic tasks generated for certain interactions. Makes it easier to see who is actively at their desk and interested.

I have limited experience in other sales CRMs. I have used Salesforce in the past but only to upload data, it was incredibly confusing and time-consuming, and many data points were easily crisscrossed. I have used other CRMs for patient databases for doctors' offices, and HubSpot has the most navigable features because I can make plans for my current day and the future.
