Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use this program to set up my customers with the service asked to then send to the routing department where it gets pushed through to have the service performed and show me that it was purchased and closed. It also has kept me updated with customers that need a call back to reach out to them about wanting the service they called about by logging them in and putting them in my drip category.
- keeps me informed with updates with customers to call
- keeps me knowing to if customer was service and when
- has a place to keep all my call back customers in a category
- when the service has been purchased and closed it should not still be getting emailed to me to check on that file like it was a call back, it should get itself off repeat
- make sales easier to look up
- shows if the account is in route to be sereviced
- gives me updates on who I have to call back today to see if they still want to service
this is the platform the company uses for our department in the call center.
